Why we exist
Our team’s mission is to provide an innovative platform of services that empowers organizations to leverage skilled employees and sustain meaningful relationships with high-value professionals who are in the midst of a career detour. (Quality Detour Professionals: QDPs)

With an increasing shortfall of professionals, we help our customer implement technology-driven talent management and diversity programs faster, more effectively, and less costly than doing it themselves while establishing or maintaining a thought leadership and brand leadership position in the market.
